Apart from classic desserts like Black Forest and Chocolate Cake, we also serve up sweets with a new twist like Mille Crepes, Black Velvet and Sea Salt Caramel Brownies.
We also serve savoury Chinese cakes. Our Radish Cake (Lor Bak Gou) and Yam Cake (Wu Tau Gou) come from family recipes. While a traditional staple in the Lunar New Year season, these savouries can be savoured any time of the year.

Charles Quek discovered his love for baking when he was on the corporate end of the food and beverage business. While working for a major international hotel in Singapore, he trained at SHATEC to learn the ins-and-outs of the hotel business.
There, he graduated at the top of his class and was sent to the Cornell School of Hotel Administration for a summer program.
Although he continued to work in the corporate world, he regularly baked for friends and families on special occasions. In 2005, he finally turned his passion into his career and started Classic Cakes.
He's been serving up great tasting old favourites and new classics since.
